OneTask is a project and task management system. With OneTask project managers can assign a project to an employee and follow the progress. Each task has a time limit and project managers can see what tasks are overdue. Reminders can be sent to project managers if the project is not going as planned or for some reason.
Why OneTask?It is necessary to be able to oversee the projects that are ongoing. Managers can see who is working on each task, when it supposed to be finished, who is responsible, what it’s status is and etc. When managers meet they can evaluate the status of each task and find out if employees are overloaded.
